Strawberry shortcake is one of my all time favorite recipe.  Nothing beats the home-made strawberry cake..

Step 1: Beat eggs and add sugar in.

 step 2: Keep beating and beating…and it become like this.

step 3: Add flour

　    Step 4: Add melted butter 

Step 5: Transfer into the cake pan and bake for 20 min in 180℃ pre-heated oven　

Step 6: Take the cake out from the pan. Let it cool 

               Step 7: Slice the cake in the in half, put some whipping cream on bottom layer and line up the strawberries AS MUCH AS YOU CAN 

Step 8: After putting some more whipping cream on the SB, put another layer of sponge cake. Then cover the whole cake with whipping cream. Decorate some more strawberries on top.
